Module Loader

The Module Loader not only installs custom modules but installs the latest patches, themes, language packs, and Sugar Dashlets. The $upgrade_manifest variable is used to upgrade the application.

The Module Loader relies on a file named manifest.php, which resides in the root directory of any installable package.
